Scrappy Cooking: Pineapple Peel Iced Tea
Don’t let those pineapple peels and cores go to waste! Try our Pineapple Peel Iced Tea recipe - it's so refreshing and we love reducing food waste too.
1) Give your pineapple a good rinse
2) Cut off the peel and cut out the core
3) Place in a pot and cover with water
4) Add fresh mint sprigs and bring to a boil
5) Boil for 30 mins and then strain
6) Sweeten with sweetener of choice
7) Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
